Konfor Return and Refund Policy

At Konfor, our top priority is ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a clear and straightforward return policy.

1. Return Duration

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

2. Condition of Returns
  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and including all original packaging and tags.
  • The original sales receipt must accompany all returns.
3. Exceptions
  • Sale items are final purchases and can only be returned if they arrive damaged or receive the wrong item.
  • Customised or personalised items are non-returnable.
4. Return Shipping
  • For returns within Sri Lanka:
    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • For returns from the United Kingdom:
    • Due to international shipping costs, returns from the UK will only be accepted in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
    • Konfor will cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items shipped to the UK.
5. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 working days.
6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, reach out to our customer service.
